We expect that most Franchisees will spend no more than 2 days a week managing their Vessel location, leaving plenty of time for other business pursuits, time with loved ones, or just time for yourself. This isn’t to say that Vessel is a passive investment; it’s not. It’s just efficient and franchisor-friendly.
Vessel's system is designed to set you up for success. If you own existing land, or are seeking our expertise in identifying opportunities, Vessel will assist you in building your real estate portfolio. Once we identify your location, and you secure all your permitting, we will construct your building on your completed foundation. Prior to the completion, you will attend Vessel University to learn all the aspects of running your property.
